Project 365; Keeping The Project Going All Year

Project 365 is a fantastic way to document your daily life and to work on your photography skills. I have been creating a Project 365 each year for the last several years, but I’m finding it easier with the tools that are now available.

365 Project – An online gallery to upload your pictures for your Project 365. You can upload via a browser or by sending to an email address assigned to your account.

Project 365 iPhone App -Free or Paid version for you iPhone. I like using an app for my phone because I have my phone with me almost all the time. I set up a reminder to take a picture each day. Then I can add it to the iPhone app and share on Facebook or other sites. Upload 1 picture per day.

Photo 365 iPhone/iPad App – This is the app I use because you can add more than one picture per day. This app is $0.99, but it is well worth the price.

365 Photos for Android – If you have an Android phone, try 365 Photos. This is a free app.

Photo 365 for Windows Phone – And if you have a Windows phone, download the Photo 365 app for $1.49. Share your photos daily on Facebook.

The two biggest reasons why many fail at a Project 365 is because they forget to take pictures or they do not know what to take pictures of after a few months. If you forget, set a reminder on your phone. Every day at 10:00 am, my phone reminds me to take a photo.

Project 365

Taking pictures of our every day lives is something that we often forget to do. It’s easy to remember to take pictures of the holidays and birthdays, but how about your pantry or the messes your kids leave behind every day that irritate you. Look at the bright side and take a picture of it because some day those messes won’t be there. It is those every day moments that make up who we are. Don’t forget about them.
