Like, Love, Lust, or Leave It?
I’ve been looking at these and going back and forth…..
- wide trousers are not typically flattering for ladies with hips
- there’s a lot going on with the print
- they’re silk ~ which makes them more clingy {yikes!}
- slant hip pockets {not cool again for ladies with ample hips}
- love the wide racing stripes {very sweatpants-like}
- overall: leave it….love the colors and respect Derek Lam‘s contemporary casual line 10 Crosby but the overall styling will require more work than the $335 should allow!

I love love love these trousers. But, as you mentioned, they won’t do much for a woman with hips like mine. So, I’ll admire the skinny girls as they wear them.
I have wide hips, and ample bottom… My skinny fashion foward daughter could pull this look off!
