Easter iPhone Apps To Educate and Entertain
The Easter Bunny will be visiting my home in a few days. My kids are excited and counting down the days. To keep them busy, I downloaded several Easter iPhone apps to entertain them until Easter arrives.
Angry Birds Seasons adds new levels and games for holidays. The Easter version for 2012 has been added. Angry Birds Seasons also has a paid version with more levels.
If you have Angry Birds, you need an Angry Bunny for Easter. You throw eggs down and try to knock off the eggs on the top of the trees. I never got past level 2 because I had a hard time hitting the eggs.
You can search for eggs in this cartoon looking house. The game is better for younger kids because the eggs are really easy to find.
This app shows you 2 photos and you need to find the differences. They start out easy and get harder and harder as you move up.
Educational Easter Apps
The My First Bible Stories app is a free download, but some of the stories are $.99. The Story of Easter is $0.99.
This one is a free story and you can read it or read along as it’s being read.
Other Easter iPhone Apps
You can create your own Easter basket and add anything you want.
Get ideas and directions from the expert of crafting, Martha Stewart. Lots of great ideas to get different designs on the eggs. The app is $ 0.99.
This app has a lot of pictures that look like coloring book pages and you use your finger (or a stylus if you have one) to color the pages.
This app is for coloring Easter eggs like they are coloring pages. What I like about this app is that once you choose a color and touch inside the lines of an area, you can’t color outside the lines. Since my finger isn’t very precise, it was a lot easier to color with this app.
