Shorts & Heels: Yes or No?

Shorts with heels can be very sexy and feminine – would you do it? If you’d consider, here are a few rules to abide by:

1. Toned legs is (very) helpful ~ at least use a lotion with shimmer to give the appearance of more tone
2. Shorts with a bit of sway are more sophisticated ~ tight, too short or cut-offs look young and not-so-classy
3. For dress up, leather shorts or shorts with shimmer are great ~ opt for a heel that is neutral or easygoing given you’re showing so much real estate
4. The best shorts-heels look are relaxed and let the heel jazz up the overall look!

So, what’s your vote? My personal favorite look is Kelly Rowland (she masters casual elegance…)!
